Sino-Ocean Group (HKG:3377) recorded contracted sales of around 2.81 billion yuan in April, with a gross floor area of 166,800 square meters, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property developer's average selling price for the month was 16,800 yuan per square meter.

For the four months ended April 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 8.09 billion yuan and 478,600 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 16,900 yuan per square meter.
