MakeMyTrip Limited, a leading travel service provider in India, reported its financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025. The company achieved record gross bookings of $9.8 billion for FY25, marking a 25.9% year-over-year increase from $7.95 billion in FY24. For Q4 FY25, gross bookings rose by 30.4% year-over-year to $2.55 billion, compared to $2.04 billion in Q4 FY24. Revenue for Q4 FY25 grew by 25.6% year-over-year to $245.5 million, up from $202.9 million in Q4 FY24. The Adjusted Operating Profit for the fourth quarter saw a 37.9% increase, reaching $44.7 million, compared to $32.4 million in the same quarter the previous year. The profit for Q4 FY25 was reported at $29.2 million, a decline from Q4 FY24's profit of $171.9 million, which included one-time gains of $126.1 million from deferred tax assets recognition and a $30.6 million gain from a change in the carrying value of convertible notes. Excluding these one-time gains, the profit for Q4 FY24 was $15.2 million. The company attributes its strong performance to robust growth in domestic and international travel demand, along with investments in new demand segments and personalized customer experiences.
