Apple Inc. has completed a significant debt offering, raising a total of $4.5 billion through the issuance of four sets of notes. The offerings include $1.5 billion of 4.000% Notes due 2028, $1 billion of 4.200% Notes due 2030, $1 billion of 4.500% Notes due 2032, and $1 billion of 4.750% Notes due 2035. These notes are senior unsecured obligations and will mature on various dates from 2028 to 2035. The interest on these notes will be paid semi-annually starting on November 12, 2025.
