China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical (SHE:000999) is collaborating with affiliate CR Power (HKG:0836) to integrate traditional Chinese medicine cultivation with renewable energy projects.
Under the agreement, CR Sanjiu will provide land remediation services, including planting medicinal herbs, for CR Power's solar farms, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Annual transactions are capped at 200 million yuan, totaling up to 600 million yuan from 2025 to 2027.
