Central Wealth Unit to Acquire Stake in Two Firms

Central Wealth Group (HKG:0139) unit Central Wealth Infrastructure Investment agreed to purchase a 49% stake in Bright Joy Investment from five sellers for nearly HK$330.2 million, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Following completion, the company will be interested in the entire issued share capital of Bright Joy Investment.

Central Wealth Infrastructure Investment also agreed to acquire 1,693,936 shares in GIBO from Billion Start for a little over HK$68.7 million.

The consideration for both acquisitions will be settled through 3% promissory notes falling due in two years from issue.
