Newmark Group Inc. has successfully arranged a 207,740-square-foot office and industrial lease for Homage, a vintage sports apparel brand, at 885 Stelzer Road near Columbus, Ohio's John Glenn International Airport. The property, developed in 2024 on a former vacant lot, will serve as Homage's corporate headquarters and a facility for apparel production and distribution. The project, led by Newmark Vice Chairman Terry Coyne and Managing Director Derek Lichtfuss, aims to transform the site into a community asset, supporting the growth of Homage, which boasts investors like NFL star Jason Kelce and actor Ryan Reynolds. Homage plans to move in by the end of 2025.
