BlockBeats News, May 13: On May 12 local time, the official website of the President of Ukraine announced that President Zelensky had signed into law the approval of the "U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund Establishment Agreement."

On April 30, the United States and Ukraine jointly signed the "U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund Establishment Agreement," also known as the "U.S.-Ukraine Strategic Partnership Agreement" in the past by the public. On May 8, the Ukrainian Parliament supported the approval of the agreement with 338 votes in favor. Although the signing of the U.S.-Ukraine Strategic Partnership Agreement has been seen as a signal of easing relations by the outside world, its actual impact remains to be seen.

Some mineral consulting agencies analyzed that it takes 10 to 20 years to develop key strategic minerals in mature mining countries. Currently, there is a lack of sufficient data to prove the economic viability of developing most of Ukraine's mineral resources. In addition, the infrastructure such as power and transportation has been damaged due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and the security outlook is uncertain. Therefore, investors may adopt a cautious attitude. (Golden Finance)
