Imperium Technology Group Limited has announced a second supplemental agreement regarding the placement of existing shares by a controlling shareholder. The agreement, dated 15 May 2025, revises the number of Placing Shares from an aggregate of 93,310,000 to up to 145,000,000 shares. This follows previous announcements on 24 January, 24 March, and 23 April 2025. The placing will be conducted by Waton Securities International Limited, the sole placing agent, on a best effort basis. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution as the placing may not proceed or be completed in full.
