China South City Holdings Ltd. has announced the signing of a Property Management Services Framework Agreement with First Asia Pacific, an associate of SZCDG, on May 16, 2025. Under this agreement, First Asia Pacific will provide property management services to the company. The agreement is part of the company's strategy to leverage its extensive network across various provincial capitals and municipalities in China, including Shenzhen, Nanning, Nanchang, and others. The terms of the agreement, including the annual caps for the property management services, have been deemed fair and reasonable by the company's board. The Independent Board Committee, comprising independent non-executive directors, will advise the Independent Shareholders on the agreement.
