China Everbright Greentech Limited has announced the signing of a new sub-tenancy agreement, effective from 18 May 2025 to 17 May 2027. The agreement was made after the expiry of the existing sub-tenancy agreement and involves CE Greentech Management entering into the contract with On Land for the sub-tenancy of Unit 3602 on the 36th Floor of the Far East Finance Centre in Hong Kong. The terms of the agreement, established through arm's length negotiations, are deemed fair and beneficial for the Group and its shareholders.
