Hunan New Wellful (SHA:600975) partnered with French pork processing company Cooperl Arc Atlantique to establish a joint venture, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.

The venture, Hunan Wufeng Lixin Breeding Company, will have a registered capital of 80 million yuan and will be focused on pig farming and sale of breeding pigs.

The Chinese pig breeder will invest 40.8 million yuan into the venture's capital and Cooperl will inject 39.2 million yuan, respectively owning 51% and 49% of Wufeng Lixin's capital.
