Angel Oak Mortgage REIT (AOMR) on Wednesday launched an underwritten public offering of senior notes due 2030.
Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of non-qualified residential mortgage loans and other assets, the company said.
The company said it plans to apply to list the notes on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "AOMD."
