Super Micro Computer (SMCI) said Friday it signed a memorandum of understanding with DataVolt to develop hyperscale AI campuses in Saudi Arabia.
The companies plan to speed up the deployment of Supermicro's GPU platforms, storage, and rack plug-and-play systems for DataVolt's large-scale AI campuses, Super Micro Computer said.
The agreement depends on finalizing one or more binding contracts, with the minimum market value of the planned products estimated at $20 billion, it said.
Shares of the company were up 6.4% in early trading.
