China Boton Group Co. Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2025. During the meeting, shareholders approved the audited consolidated financial statements and reports for the year ended December 31, 2024. The re-election of Mr. Li Qing Long and Ms. Wang Xinyi as executive directors, and Mr. Leung Wai Man, Roger, and Mr. Ng Kwun Wan as independent non-executive directors, was also approved. Additionally, the proposal to add the nominal amount of shares repurchased by the company to the mandate granted to the directors was passed.
