SAT INDUSTRIES (BOM:511076, NSE:SATINDLTD) said its subsidiary, M.R. Organisation Ltd., has acquired a 51% stake in Madhura Compressors Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of centrifugal compressors and related components, according to a Monday filing on the local bourses.
The acquisition expands M.R. Organisation's compressor business and enhances its portfolio, particularly in energy audits, customized engineering solutions, and high-margin products.
