Otto Energy (ASX:OEL) said its previously announced capital return of up to AU$40 million is expected to take effect on May 27, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Payment is expected on June 16, per the filing. The timeline is based on the assumption that a final class ruling will be received from the Australian Taxation Office within 28 days.
Otto Energy's shares were up 10% in recent Tuesday trade.
