DigitalX (ASX:DCC) entered a strategic partnership with SOL Strategies to support the firm's Solana staking activities, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

DigitalX selected SOL Strategies as its institutional validator partner, leveraging their high-performance staking infrastructure through BitGo, the world's largest, independent digital asset custodian.

It will exclusively use SOL Strategies as its validator partner for an initial period of 12 months, with the option to extend the partnership by mutual agreement.

Revenue generated through the partnership will be based on the number of Solana staked by DigitalX through SOL Strategies' validator infrastructure.

Its shares rose 5% in recent trading on Tuesday.
