Yues International Holdings Group Ltd. has announced the allocation plan for the net proceeds from its recent Rights Issue, which amounted to approximately HK$67.6 million. The company plans to utilize around HK$27.6 million, equivalent to 40.8% of the net proceeds, to support the Group's general working capital. This includes covering employee benefits, subcontracting expenses for transportation, warehousing, and customization services, as well as other operational costs such as professional fees, fleet operating expenses, and outsourced labor costs.
