MeridianLink said President Larry Katz would become chief executive on Oct. 1, succeeding Nicolaas Vlok.

Vlok will work with Katz during the transition period, and remain a member of the company's board after stepping down as CEO.

Katz joined the company as chief financial officer in early 2024, and was promoted to president later in the year. Prior to joining MeridianLink, he held leadership positions at StubHub, Genesys, JPMorgan Chase and Disney, MeridianLink said.

He will receive a base salary of $600,000 per year, according to the company.

Also on Monday, the company said Troy Coggiola has joined as chief strategy officer, succeeding Tim Nguyen, MeridianLink's co-founder. Nguyen has transitioned to strategic adviser supporting the executive leadership team.

MeridianLink also said General Counsel Kayla Dailey has taken on the additional title and role of chief administrative officer.
