Nokia (NOK) has officially spun out healthcare imaging tech firm Astranu, its first venture with technology venture capital firm Celesta Capital, Nokia and Celesta said Thursday.

The startup spin-out will commercialize advanced healthcare imaging technology, the parties said.

Financial details were not disclosed.
