Patagonia Lithium (ASX:PL3) said it received the completed nuclear borehole magnetic resonance survey for a well in the Formentera lithium brine project in Argentina, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The survey recorded a maximum total porosity of 44% and a specific yield of 32%. The average total porosity was 28%, and the average specific yield porosity of 9%, which is consistent with the value used in the maiden mineral resource estimate.
It noted that the well has one of the highest porosities and lithium assays, and it is one of the ideal locations for a production well.
Its shares rose 2% in recent trading on Thursday.
