Hillgrove Resources (ASX:HGO) has appointed Luke Anderson as chief financial officer, effective June 2, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Anderson has previously served as the chief executive officer of One Rail Australia and CFO of OZ Minerals, among other executive roles.
The company's shares were up 6% in recent Friday trade.
