** "We expect listing our stock on Nasdaq will make it more liquid and easier to buy and sell for shareholders. It also should make our stock more visible to potential investors," CEO Jerome Schwind says
** Mount Pleasant, Michigan-based ISBA had traded on OTC under symbol 'ISBA' since August 2008
** ISBA, established in 1903, has locations throughout eight mid-Michigan counties: Bay, Clare, Gratiot, Isabella, Mecosta, Midland, Montcalm and Saginaw
