Northern Trust Corporation has announced that Jeff Alexander has been appointed as President and CEO of The Northern Trust Company, Canada. Alexander, who brings over 30 years of experience in the Canadian financial services sector, will lead the asset servicing business in Canada. He replaces Katie Pries, who will transition to a global role focusing on anti-money laundering processes. Alexander will report to Melanie Pickett, Head of Asset Servicing, Americas, and serve as a director on the Board of Directors of The Northern Trust Company, Canada.
