Zi Yun Dong Fang on Friday filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company anticipated offering 1.5 million shares at between $4 and $6. It plans to be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol YLY.

Zi Yun Dong Fang said it posted a profit of $1.06 million in fiscal year 2024, which ended at the end of last May. It reported $2.23 million in revenue during the same period.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds from its IPO for business expansion, brand promotion and general corporate costs, including working capital.
