Sun Frontier Fudousan's (TYO:8934) board approved a year-end dividend of 33 yen per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, matching its earlier forecast, according to a Tuesday filing on Tokyo exchange.

The total payout amounts to 1.61 billion yen and will be effective June 25, the filing said.

The dividend brings the real estate company's full-year dividend to 66 yen per share, up from 58 yen a year earlier.
