HSBC (HKG:0005) issued 1.25 billion euros worth of of 4.191% fixed rate resettable subordinated bonds due in 2036 on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The lender will apply to list the bonds on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and trade them on the Main Market of the London bourse.
