Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd. has successfully completed the placement of new shares under a general mandate. A total of 361,000,000 new shares were placed with no fewer than six independent third-party placees at a price of HK$0.201 per share. The placing was conducted in accordance with the terms set out in the Placing Agreement. As a result, the total number of issued shares has increased, with the new total being 2,167,146,000 shares. This placement does not result in any of the placees becoming substantial shareholders of the company.
