Amara Holdings (SGX:A34) lost its free float after DRC Investments received valid acceptances for of 522,529,331 shares in the company, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The percentage of shares held by the public is less than 10%, resulting in a free float.
In an earlier filing, DRC Investments made a voluntary conditional general offer for the entire issued shares of the company at SG$0.895 per share in cash.
