Dogness International (DOGZ) said Monday it agreed to acquire a 19.5% stake in petcare Internet of Things platform Dogness Intelligent Technology.
The company said it will acquire the stake from a Dogness Intelligent Technology shareholder in exchange for the company's 250,000 class A common shares, about 1.6 million pre-funded warrants to buy shares and up to 2 million maximum eligibility warrants to purchase shares.
