Aedge Group Receives Listing, Quotation Notice for Nearly 2 Million Shares

Aedge Group (SGX:XVG) received a listing and quotation notice for 1,950,000 shares, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

In an earlier filing, the company had agree to issue 1,950,000 shares to Foo Tiang Ann, an existing shareholder of the company, at an issue price of SG$0.26 per share.

The subscription will raise gross proceeds of about SG$507,000 and will be completed in three business days following the issuance of a listing and quotation notice.

Proceeds will be used to fund investment properties businesses and for working capital needs.
