Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) has appointed Mr. Hui Leung Wah, Herbert as the Group Chief Financial Officer, effective 9 June 2025. He succeeds Ms. Lau Bik Yun, Vanessa, who will continue as the Chief Operating Officer of HKEX. Mr. Hui will oversee financial, treasury, and investor relations functions and report directly to the Chief Executive. He brings over 35 years of financial management experience, having previously held roles such as Finance Director at MTR Corporation Limited.
