Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) said Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and co-founder David Dicker resigned, to pursue other interests, according to a May 16 filing with the Australian bourse.

The Company's other co-founder, Fiona Brown, will transition into the role of Executive Chair, the filing said.

Dicker has entered a six-month consultancy agreement with the company to provide strategic market guidance.
