Lincoln Minerals (ASX:LML) said multiple uranium anomalies were identified in a soil and rock chip sampling program at the Yallunda uranium project in South Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Assays from a sampling program across exploration tenements EL6648, EL5922, and EL6024 expanded on previous survey data. One soil sample highlighted a uranium-vanadium-molybdenum anomaly.
It plans to conduct mapping of key lithological boundaries, geochemical sampling, and geophysical surveys to define potential mineralized zones in the second half.
Its shares surged 25% in recent trading on Monday.
