H2O America (HTO) said Tuesday it has appointed Chief Financial Officer Andrew Walters to its board, effective July 1.
After Walters' appointment, the board will have 10 directors, the company said.
H2O America said that, as recently announced, Walters will be its next chief executive, effective July 1, following Eric Thornburg's retirement on June 30.
