Sky Light (HKG:3882) has entered into talks or preliminary MoUs to provide on-demand delivery system services to supermarket and hypermarket chains under a new business segment, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The action camera manufacturer firm had formed a unit, Fengcai Intelligent Digital Technology (Shenzhen), to run the new business segment in December 2024.

The discussions are being held with superstore chains, a smart management software provider, logistics hardware provider, and various financial leasing firms.

The company will make further announcements as and when needed.
