Talos Energy (TALO) said late Monday that Chief Accounting Officer Gregory Babcock has been named interim chief financial officer, effective June 28.

Talos said Babcock succeeds Sergio Maiworm Jr., who will pursue a new opportunity. It has started a search for a permanent CFO.

The company reiterated its production guidance for Q2 and its operational and financial guidance for full year 2025.
