Eve Holding Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary EVE Soluções de Mobilidade Aérea Urbana, Ltda. ("Eve Brazil"), has secured a significant funding agreement with FINANCIADORA DE ESTUDOS E PROJETOS - Finep, a Brazilian federal public company. Under the newly established Economic Grant Agreement, Finep will provide up to R$ 90 million (approximately USD 15.96 million) in economic subsidy funding. This financial backing aims to support a project focused on revolutionizing Brazil's sustainable and accessible air mobility ecosystem with eVTOL (Electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing) technology. Eve Brazil is also committed to contributing a minimum of R$ 100.76 million (approximately USD 17.87 million) from its own resources to aid in the project's preparation and execution. The agreement outlines specific terms and conditions for fund distribution and includes a provision for extending the resource utilization period, subject to Finep's internal rules.
