USP Group (SGX:BRS) terminated Kan Bright Pan as the director of its subsidiary, Supratechnic (M), effective May 2, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

In an earlier filing, the company had revealed that it was considering pursuing legal claims against the manager and general manager, Yip Siew Hong, over matters arising during their employment at Supratechnic M.
