0809 GMT - British bakery chain Greggs is moving rapidly to challenge Costa Coffee as the largest food chain in the U.K., IG's chief market analyst Chris Beauchamp says. For Greggs, the key will be innovation, he says. The company's new mac-and-cheese product shows that Greggs is moving beyond its core products.
