Elate's (HKG:0076) unit Elate Graphite entered into a business partnership agreement with Goldpay and Macau Lotus TV Media via Satellite on Tuesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the contract, Elate Graphite will act as a consultant on the technical issues of blockchain and application scenarios of utility tokens to be issued by Goldplay.
