The Mind Design exercised an option to purchase the property at 81 Ubi Avenue, Singapore, owned by Polaris (SGX:5BI), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The option to purchase was exercised after the company received 5% of the sale price of the property, with the remaining 95% to be paid on the date of the completion of the proposed sale.
In an earlier filing, the company issued The Mind Design a purchase option to buy the 81 Ubi Avenue 4 for SG$888,888.
