Bel Fuse (BELFA) said Tuesday it has appointed Lynn Hutkin as chief financial officer, effective immediately after the annual shareholder meeting to be held May 27.

Hutkin, most recently serving as vice president of financial reporting and investor relations along with her designation as principal accounting officer, will succeed Farouq Tuweiq, Bel said.

Tuweiq will assume the role of president and chief executive officer on that same date, the company said.
