Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd. has announced new agreements with Shenyang Automobile, effective from December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025. These contracts, referred to as the 2025 Shenyang Automobile Continuing Connected Transactions (CCTs), include an Automobiles Sales Framework Agreement and a Comprehensive Services Purchase Framework Agreement. The agreements facilitate the sale of automobiles by Brilliance to Shenyang Automobile Group and the provision of services by Shenyang to Brilliance. The board of directors, including independent non-executive directors, believe these agreements are beneficial for the company and its shareholders, considering them fair, reasonable, and in line with the company's standard business operations. Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd., incorporated in Bermuda and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is primarily involved in manufacturing and selling automobiles and components, as well as providing automotive financing services.
