Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s Hotels & Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Wyatt Krapf as a Senior Director in Tampa, Florida. In his new role, Krapf will specialize in hotel debt and equity placement transactions across North America. He will report to Kevin Davis, Americas CEO, and Dan Peek, Americas President of the group, and will collaborate with the Tampa office's capital markets team led by Lee Weaver. Krapf brings over a decade of experience, having previously worked with HFF, Berkadia, and Hodges Ward Elliott.
