Take-Two Interactive Software (TTWO) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of 4.75 million common shares at $225 each for roughly $1.04 billion in expected net proceeds.
Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to 712,500 additional shares.
The company expects the offering to close Thursday and plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Take-Two shares were down 3.7% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
