PSQ (PSQH) said Friday it has appointed James Rinn as the company's chief financial officer starting June 1.

Rinn will succeed Bard Searle, who will transition to the role of senior vice president of finance for PSQ's Brands division, the company said.

Rinn has held the role of chief financial officer multiple times in his 30 years of experience at public and private companies, PSQ said.
