DocuSign has entered into five-year credit pact for as much as $1 billion with Bank of America.
The agreement is for a $750 million revolving credit facility, which may be increased by an additional $250 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.
The pact is set to mature on May 21, 2030, the e-signature company said.
As of May 21, the company had no outstanding revolving loans under the agreement, according to the filing.
