Epsilon Healthcare (ASX:EPN) filed proceedings in the New South Wales Supreme Court against former chairman Josh (Xiao) Cui and Watercrest Capital, a company solely directed by Cui, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The claims relate to alleged agreements and payments made to Watercrest and other parties, identified during a review of Epsilon's affairs before it entered administration in December 2023, the filing said.
