360 Capital Group (ASX:TGP) completed its equal access off-market buyback of securities at AU$0.65 apiece, with a total of 13.3 million securities bought back, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The cancellation and payment of consideration for the securities are scheduled for May 27, the filing said.
Additionally, the company plans to initiate an on-market buyback of up to 19.2 million of its securities, to be funded with existing cash, according to the filing.
